HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday), and shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
BDKEYI gladly accepts returns on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or damaged items. For more details, please refer to our returns policy.

HOW DO I APPLY A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and start the checkout process. You’ll see a box to enter your code—just type it in and click "apply." Keep in mind that only one promotion code can be used per order, and coupon codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
