CAN I GET A REFUND?
At Bdkeyi,we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with any order placed through bdkeyi-official.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at support@bdkeyi-official.com. Include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “USBD#”) and a brief message explaining the reason for your refund request. Subject to our refund guidelines below, most requests will be honored. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is non-refundable for international orders, and duties and taxes are non-refundable. Items must be in new and unopened condition; if items arrive used or opened, your refund will be denied.
If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, contact us at support@bdkeyi-official.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Include your order number in the email subject line (order number starts with “USBD#”), photo documentation of any reported damage or defect, if applicable, and we’ll handle the rest. We will process the refund after receiving your returned item.
For eligible returns, note that we do not cover the return shipping cost for personal reasons, and your returned goods and packaging should be in good condition.
Cancellation:
Customers may only request order cancellations before the package is shipped. Once shipped, a 10% restocking fee will apply. A 5% processing fee for order cancellation will be charged if the items have not shipped.
Please note that gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY RETURN?
Please use a cardboard box to ship your return and include a paper with your order ID inside the package. Fill any excess space with packing peanuts or bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit. Items returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
You will receive an email confirming your refund or be contacted by one of our Customer Care representatives within 48 hours after we receive your email.
Refunds will be issued to your credit card company or bank, depending on your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund; it may take some time before it is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bdkeyi-official.com.
DOES BDKEYI PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?
We do not provide shipping labels for returns nor do we cover the cost for domestic or international returns except in specific situations.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?
Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- The customer provides the wrong delivery address.
- The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package, resulting in an additional $60–70 charge for shipping costs.
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
